Example Remmina setup configuration
Host: localhost (127.0.0.1)
Username: <local Linux account username>
Password: <local Linux account password>
Port: <local Linux SSH port – preconfigured for port 22>
To access services with Remmina the Telesploit client must be setup and the SSH tunnels established. Some distributions of Remmina come with Simple Shell, while others do not. Even for distributions that have Simple Shell installed there are often permission issues when trying to perform certain actions, such as creating the SSH tunnels. Telesploit instead provides a Remmina Setup template that is preconfigured to connect to an SSH server running on the local Telesploit client. If SSH isn’t running on the system then open a regular shell instead.
